Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you shop with Glow by Lammy Skincare and Spa online or book a spa appointment through this website. By placing an order or booking, you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Orders can be paid by bank transfer (for delivery) or in person at pickup (cash). Bank transfer orders are confirmed once payment has been verified against our account. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice, though the price shown at checkout is what you'll be charged.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery orders carry a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. Pickup orders can be collected in person at our Ikorodu store once ready — no shipping fee applies. Please bring your order number when collecting.

Returns and refunds

Goods sold are not returnable, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been paid for and handed over or delivered. Please inspect your items at the point of pickup or as soon as a delivery arrives. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away on WhatsApp so we can look into it.

Spa bookings

Spa appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. You can cancel a booking yourself from your account as long as it hasn't been confirmed yet; after that, please contact us directly to reschedule or cancel. We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment if unforeseen circumstances require it.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You can update your details, change your password, or delete your account at any time from My Account.
