When you create an account, place an order, or book a spa appointment, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and — for deliveries — your address. We also keep a record of what you order or book, and its price.

Why we collect it

We use this information to process and deliver your orders, confirm spa appointments, send you a receipt, contact you about your order, and — only if you ask us to — help you recover access to your account.

Who sees it

Your information is visible to Glow by Lammy staff for the purpose of fulfilling your order or appointment. We do not sell your information to anyone. We use trusted service providers to run this website (for hosting, email delivery, and photo storage) who only process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can view, correct, or delete your account details at any time from My Account. Deleting your account removes your personal details from our system; past order records are kept for accounting purposes but are no longer linked to your name.
